What is the best way to manage it? In this mornings i can't touch my toes and the practice is like a torment. Is better to skip the practice, practice more gentle...?"<br><br>namaste-<br>I, too, have often found it difficlut to know if I should practice or lay off because of my stiffness from previous practices. Nobody but myself could help. Usually, for me, pushing forward and paying strict attention to bandhas and breathing has taken the stiffness away. Really, it's a dumb reason to skip practice just because you can't stretch very far-that's when you need it most! Unfortunately I don't live in your body, so I can't tell you what to do. <br>I have learned to take practice off the next day if I'm in the middle of practice and I feel like gravity has turned up it's effect on my body. Usually feels like racing through pudding.
