a belated thanks for your posts on this- I've

been "digesting" the comments and am certain being

moderate is best for me. However I'm going to also add a

lot more raw and play around with new stuff - always,

always room to improve and great reminder about good

produce markets - there is incredible produce here -

passion fruit, papaya, mangoes, pineapple, avocado,

pumpkin , etc.<br><br>I thought the point about missing

out on cultural, family, friend moments for the sake

of dietary restrictions brought it all home. So, a

nice blend of healthful eating with a few new tricks

will work out just fine for me and should help keep my

fam and friends from thinking ive totally lost the

plot<br><br>tks,<br>s
