Hi,<br>I am very heavy builded, 41 years old. I

used to run, to bike,and I am still hiking on mountais

when I can (2 or 3 times a week). I am very stiff in

my hips, I my legs have to much muscle, Padmasana,

Marichiasana B and D... seem impossible asanas for me.<br>I

have left running, but I feel that I need some aerobic

work. I have get fatter till I left it, I have run for

more than 20 years and I think that my body now has

lost his weight balance.<br><br>Any

advice?<br><br>Peace and love for everybody
