I used to run, to bike,and I am still hiking on mountais when I can (2 or 3 times a week). I am very stiff in my hips, I my legs have to much muscle, Padmasana, Marichiasana B and D... seem impossible asanas for me.<br>I have left running, but I feel that I need some aerobic work.
