Guest guest Posted August 26, 2000 Report Share Posted August 26, 2000 Re: opurple's question about holding uddiyana bandha and still being able to breathe -- Godfrey's post was wonderful, but just yesterday one of my teachers boiled it down quite nicely. The breath fills the area above the navel and below the heart. No conflict with bandhas, have a nice day, do your practice and all will come, etc.<br><br>I am definitely going to miss this board while in Encinitas this week, but it's a fair trade-off.
