Guest guest
Like most serious students, I only do Mysore classes. I am lucky to have a superb teacher and go almost every day. When I can't make it I practice at home. If I miss a day, during the week, I practice on Saturday. If I am ill, I do the Minimum. I never practice on the full on new moon.

Sharath and Guruji say to find one teacher. I have studied with most around the world and while I have learned a bit from the many great teachers, you really learn one thing: You can travel the world and study with every major teacher, you can take workshops, read books etc., but the only real learning comes from within and from practice every day.

I too have many commitments. If your practice is a priority, you can almost always make time for it. Just try to practice every day. Really, that is the most important thing. Honest.

DYPAAIC

ESPW
