Guest guest Posted September 5, 2000 Report Share Posted September 5, 2000 Sarath gave a mindblowing demo in Encinitas yesterday evening, along with a yoga lecture from Guruji. While Sarath's physical example was transcendentally inspiring, sadly, Guruji's style of elocution is so extremely fast it's downright incomprehensible, and so most of what he journeyed half way around the world to tell us wasn't ably communicated. I did catch something about a recommendation for 1 1/2 hour sirsansa...that was about it.<br><br>Apparently Guruji doesn't get much advice or criticism from his Western students.
