Guest guest
for most asanas (excepting some of the finishing postures) guruji does count to five. but that rarely is five breaths. on the more straight forward postures, it takes as little as 3 breaths, about 15-30 seconds. for many others, the five count takes 30-60 seconds or more and entails 8-15 of my breaths (when i'm able to maintain the discipline and control my breathing)
