Guest guest Posted September 6, 2000 Report Share Posted September 6, 2000 guruji this week adjusted the second class in parsva dhanurasana as follows:<br><br>not to twist the head to the side but look strait ahead and then take the head all the way back.(still not twisting) Both him and sharath has been making this adjustment all week.
