Also, I enjoy reclining spinal twists...what do you think about adding one after the shoulderstand before savasana? ANY advice from you all would be greatly appreciated. I'm learning on my own from books -- it is difficult to find a true ashtanga teacher who teaches the primary and intermediate series and not a power yoga routine (no offense to power yoga students).
