Guest guest
Simlaus: Get a grip. Read the Bagavadgita. Your karma is to be a householder--a very noble and elevated calling.

Like Arjanu, whose duty it was to do battle, your duty is to provide for your family, to be a good father and husband to your wife.

Ashtanga is not an excuse to become introverted and withdrawn. It is a useful tool to better understand yourself. But, for shiva's sake, the prana you are experiencing is powerful, but get a grip dude. Your family needs you and you need to do your job well. It is your duty. Don't be like so many hippies on this board. I have many good friends that do ashtanga and many that do not. Because of the exemplary life that I lead, my perfect health, svelt physique, confident manner and extreme success in my profession, many of my non-ashtanga friends have crossed over--become vegetarians and begun practicing, correct method only of course.

You might need to make some changes but do them gradually my friend. IM me or send me a private message if you wish, my email is listed on my profile. Good luck.

El Senor Pinche
