I was alarmed to see this title in a bookshop window as I was innocently walking along yesterday. This is the last thing we need in a country where there are hardly any proper astanga teachers.<br><br>I couldn't see the author's name because it was obscured by a reduced price sticker. Which at least is good news if it means it isn't selling. But whoever she is, she certainly isn't "superfit with power yoga" if her inability to do virabhadrasana 1 for the cover photo is any indication.
