namaste-

Yoga Mala, page 37-38 explains

that, "Yoga should neither be practiced in the open

air, in a place that is unclean, in a basement, nor on

a roof."

Now I am guilty of occasionally

practicing outdoors and on a roof. Never felt bad, except I

don't sweat as much. Could that be the only factor, or

is there something more to this?

He goes on

to say that you should not expose yourself to the

outdoors less than a half hour after practicing. I leave

the yoga studio when I'm done and hit the open

air.

Anyone care to comment on this?

p.s.-the mudra

curly cues are being abolished in Lino's workshop
