Guest guest Posted September 22, 2000 Report Share Posted September 22, 2000 namaste-<br><br>Yoga Mala, page 37-38 explains that, "Yoga should neither be practiced in the open air, in a place that is unclean, in a basement, nor on a roof." <br><br>Now I am guilty of occasionally practicing outdoors and on a roof. Never felt bad, except I don't sweat as much. Could that be the only factor, or is there something more to this? <br><br>He goes on to say that you should not expose yourself to the outdoors less than a half hour after practicing.
