Guest guest Posted September 22, 2000 Report Share Posted September 22, 2000 Richard Freeman advises against practicing in direct sunlight. I've done this on a hot day; it's not good. The rays being as intense as they are in California, I can only imagine what direct sun in India must be like.<br><br>So there's that; also, seems there's a different feel to practicing "out in the open" among other people going about their business, as opposed to practicing where you're not concerned with distractions/interupptions.<br><br>I feel this may be the reason a room is recommended.
