Though I haven't done my homework and combed thru

to find the exact number, I seem to remember that in

some early post Pinchy recommended those going to

Mysore to stay and/or eat at Nagaratna's (forgive me if

I have mispelled her name, I don't know her to

condemn or defend her).

As for the N-word, I also

remember Pinchy calling someone who recommended Ibuprofen

"Joseph Mengele." So please, Mr. SPeW, don't get so high

and mighty about bandying about loading phrases if

you do the same yourself. You clearly contradict

yourself more than anyone on this board. Alos, I hope you

can see how easily your own swords can be turned

against you.

Now I will surpirse you and say that

I do find some of what you write of value. I bought

the Sarno book, Healing Back Pain, and I find it may

be just the thing for me. But what those who haven't

read it need to understand is that Sarno posits that

the pain in the back, shoulders, neck is largely due

to repressing feelings, especially anxiety and anger

(this is simplified, and I admit I have not yet

finished the book). Our friend Senor is obviously dealing

with his repression by releasing it here, spewing on

this board. So maybe he needs to balance his letting

off steam with some practice of those sweet yamas and

niyamas, which certainly seem to call for a bit more

restraint than is demonstrated by his posts.
