Guest guest Posted September 30, 2000 Report Share Posted September 30, 2000 I like to practice backbends before forward bends. I also like to place shoulder-stand more in the middle of my practice. Sometimes I even do a few back-bends, then a few forward bends and twists, then a few more back-bends. I know that I am straying off the Ashtanga path...but I can't help it...Has this happened to any of you? Does changing the sequence dilute the practice?? Thanks...
