Guest guest
when i look around people at a class, there seems to be two categories of folks--those who make a vinyasa by rolling forward and then extending their legs back. then there are those more skilled practioners who take it up and press back or jump through going forward to the next position. i am in the first group. i don't see anyone who seems to be in between groups, transitioning as it were. at some point does someone come up and say to you, try to start doing this or that and you will move toward the correct vinyasa? or is it something that one day, eureka, you just do it? i know there are various things like pressing down with the arms and leaning forward and using the bandhas that enable the vinyasa, but that does not mean i can do them. no one has ever made any kind of comment or adjustment along the lines of how to do the correct vinyasa, however. i found that curious as the breathing and the vinyasas are the key to this form of yoga, i thought
