Guest guest Posted October 5, 2000 Report Share Posted October 5, 2000 venting time. we have just now gotten back on line at home after 3.5 wks of dealing with pacbell dsl idiots. i have never seen a group or company less interested in supporting or helping a customer in my life. does anyone else have the pleasure of their "service"? it's too bad because i cannot tolerate dial up after having T1 at work and when it works, our dsl is as fast as T1. there is not an internet cable provider in our neck of the sagebrush so we are stuck. thank you sirs, may i have another up the moola? Guest guest Posted October 5, 2000 Report Share Posted October 5, 2000 I don't mean to rub salt in your wounds, but my Road Runner (TWC) cable modem connection at home seems to be as fast as the hospital's T1 and quite inexpensive. Big downloads are a breeze. The service is highly reliable and the technical support by phone has been very good. I hope that the cable gets out your way soon! Thanks for the info about PacBell, was thinking of changing cell provider...<br>On another note, does the cow dung have to be fresh and personally collected or can I use Bandini?
