Guest guest Posted October 5, 2000 Report Share Posted October 5, 2000 to enter the pose - exhale take your ankles, keep your arms straight as you place your head on the floor. Count five breaths. Inhale - press your feet down as you squeeze your legs, hips, waist and torso as fast and quick as a little thunderbolt. Practice this way every day.
