We all fear for your safety and sanity.<br><br>Sorry I can't help you at all. I must say I can barely work 16 hours in a single week, let alone in a day. Just practicing ashtanga when you can seems admirable. I know you must dig your job, and you can't quit, so aside from that--what more can a girl do?
