time for a 'how to' question

troubles with transitioning from Gharba pindasana

into kukkutasana. if aided by an instructor, i can

usually hold it. but going onto my hands on my own is a

trial. the only time i can get it is if my legs slip all

the way back down my arms to the level of just above

my wrists. even then, i have to rock back and forth

several times to get just the right momentum. hints?
