Guest guest Posted October 8, 2000 Report Share Posted October 8, 2000 I do think you have the ideal lifestyle for this type of yoga... no wonder u are itching for second series, whereas I'm still blabbing on anout standing twists. <br><br>Actually I'm gonna take Miss Pinky's advice and attempt the 5 a's, 5 b's, standing then finishing and do it daily in me break at work.
