Guest guest Posted October 14, 2000 Report Share Posted October 14, 2000 Hello Bandwoman,<br>My advice for this pose (in regards to a voluminous bosom) is to scoot your elbows, with parted forearms, as far down toward your pelvic bones as you can. With your fore arms resting onto either side of your ribcage, and your bosom pressed miracle bra-like between the arms, rest your torso onto your arms and elbows.
