Guest guest Posted October 18, 2000 Report Share Posted October 18, 2000 Sorry everybody - and especially John (when did he start using a name?).<br><br>I publicly retract Message 3644 - I obviously got the tone completely wrong (especially the gold/sludge image!). It was not meant as another intervention by the thought police! Believe it or not I am thought of the local humourist and writer of funny songs and the last person to take anything seriously, least of all yoga. When I was at the Practice Place in Crete, I was the one subverting the group with clandestine retsina and raki binges - AND bunking off classes the next morning.<br><br>The post was not meant to come over as a personal attack. I suppose it was more an expression of frustration. Try as I might, I just can't catch up (I'm currently in the 3200s!), which means I cannot take part in discussions/chat/banter because the subject has already moved on. And I am off on leave in two weeks time which means I'll have another backlog waiting when I get back ... I do that sometimes to get an idea of who I'm talking to. Hey this Practice Place in Crete sounds like heaven to me, first LouLou described it now you--I think I should start saving.
