Guest guest
Sunshine: just curious, wondering what you were doing in Thailand and Bali. I am longing to go to Thailand and Bali and Japan and New Zealand and Austrailia and on and on but anyone of those would have to be a lengthy sojourn. What took you there? What brought you back? How can you afford your wanderlust if you don't work?<br>B
Guest guest
B, SE Asia is my favorite part of this lonely planet. I miss it, every bit. (big sigh) Actually I am blessed to have an aunt who has an art business in Bali--she hired me to computerize it, bring her into the digital age. Lovely, dreamy Malaysia and Thailand are so close by, we took time off my stressful (lol) job for exploration and fun, to be continued soon for sure. How can we afford it? I really don't know--it seems to come our way. For the 10 years before we met, Mike spent more time in Thailand and India than in Canada. One of those "meant to be" things I suppose. Plus we travel cheaply as can be and also live simply (having no car, no kids, no property, no permanent job, and very little stuff helps).
