Guest guest
and he is us. that old pogo, way ahead of his time. good question for regus to ask, what was pogo anyway? whoa, there i go again.

so, yes, senorita (? senora) that would be one approach--limit discussion here to topics directly related to the practice of ashtanga. leave the development of relationships, discussion of other interests and personal interaction amongst members to another forum. problem is, those are exactly the reasons some people use this place. how to define what is 'appropriate'? once the pandora's box of limiting discussion, interaction, sharing has been opened, it does not tend to regress. what some may find interesting or germaine may be perceived as idle chatter or self-aggrandizement to others, be they my opinions or even yours. maybe, rather than asking what is appropriate, a better question is, who decides what is appropriate? personally, i tend to grant each of you that decision making ability. i have no interest in stopping anyone from expressing what they want to here. the forum will evolve with the people who populate it at different times. that plasticity is one of the attractions of the medium. not the best place to look for unswerving orthodoxy. pluralism, it's a good thing.

oops, forgot my warning: Not About Yoga! Guest guest
Lifted that one from a bumper sticker for mountaineering. One of the many outdoor activities I pursue (guess I would be considered a multisport junkie). Most people think the things I enjoy are grueling and painful. Find that yoga helps counteract the tons of training I do - also helps with balance and flexibility.
