Guest guest Posted October 21, 2000 Report Share Posted October 21, 2000 Since I've been attempting to learn the postures, I've noticed that my body pops a whole lot more. It's not painful, and I have the sense that it's a good thing. Maybe as I am becoming less rigid, my body is shifting and attempting to move back toward proper alignment? I'm popping in places people don't normally pop (I don't think), like my sternum area. In fact, I tend to think a practice is especially good if I have deeper, louder and more frequent pops.
