Guest guest Posted October 21, 2000 Report Share Posted October 21, 2000 Me too, many new pops have come with the realignment of my body, particulary hips and shoulders. My sternum started popping on occasion some time ago. I'm not sure exactly what in there is doing the popping, but it sure feels great. For many years I had a hunched posture with rounded shoulders and caved in chest. Yoga is correcting all that, opening up my chest and shoulders. Of course it is important to carry those lessons off the matt and into the rest of the day, learning new, more effective postural habits.
