I clicked on the URL (what else should I do whilst procrastinating?) and I thought this site was a greak mockery of drinking urine and fasting (just look at some of the web page titles!)...and then as I read through it, I realized that this individual is truly devoted to "eating like Jesus." Bad enough we should feel "guilty" for our sins, now we need to starve for them? Just kidding- in fact, I thought his treatise on his colon cleansing quite illuminating, if not amusing. OK, I admit, I laughed out loud in a sqeamish way at the thought of black repugnance flowing from my bowels. And, I'm one to talk, I probably have all sort of bile build-up after years of eating meat and dairy before recently. Time to get that juicer cranking and schedule in some fasts.<br><br>I do have a teacher who lives off of a handful of nuits, a few pieces of fruit and a head of kale each day, with consistent water and lemon juice fasts.
