Guest guest Posted October 26, 2000 Report Share Posted October 26, 2000 Check out Nancy Gilgoff - The House of Yoga and Zen - it's up country in Makawao, a bit hard to find, the sign on the road says "Organic Tomatoes." Call/email first for more info. Unless your practice is very strong, accomplished and advanced and you've been practicing for a long time you should bypass Lucy in Paia {I did not have a positive experience there}.<br>For windsurfing check out Hi-Tech near the airport - they have great equipment and for instruction try HST.
