the word "vinyasa" still doesn't exclusivly mean

"breathing system." <br><br>As you point out, Guruji refers

to vinyasa as a "movement/breathing system" --

which, as everyone who practices astanga vinyasa knows,

movement and breathing are integrally related in all the

movements of .... dare i use the term

"vinyasa"?<br><br>Movement and breathing, in sequence--vinyasa.<br><br>Not

to be confused with "pranayama."
