Guest guest
I created an Ashtanga Vinyasa "Club II" here at . It can serve as a supplement for this "club1".

The lively dialogs and chats here on the board are great. But - as has been noted before - it gets difficult to find specific answers to specific questions among the scores of previously posted messages. Therefore oftentimes the same questions are asked again and again. I hope the new club can become a repository for copies of those messages that people find to be most revealing, most important etc.: A tool for better referencing - at least until adds search and sort functions (I wonder why they haven't done so yet).
The idea is: Keep the discussions in Club I - collect and (re)publish the findings in Club II.

If someone does not want his messages to be copied and reposted in "club 2", that person is asked to say so in the next week or so. I hope some people besides me will start to repost some of those messages they found particularily helpful or insightful - and give good content indication in the subject/title.

(this idea is - a little awkward, granted, - but still it is an improvement to searching through some 4000 messages with at least 80% chit-chat everytime.)

Shanti! Guest guest
this alternative club idea sounds good!
I had been hoping for an INTERACTIVE alternative which is primarily geared to discussion of poses AND maybe more formal in the sense of sticking to bussiness of learning yoga, and kind of polite.

Then one can keep the more firy discussions (insults etc, sex, beer) on this board and keep the other one educational of nature.
