While we're being disciplined, there is a detail

that has eluded me (well, actually, there are many)in

coming out of Utkatasana. Do you straighten your legs

then fold or straighten your legs as you

fold?<br>Here's another: someone said in the Jois sessions that

he had you drop your head completely back to look at

your thumbs in the full expression of the pose. Is

there any way to do that and maintain space between

your neck and shoulders?
