Guest guest Posted November 2, 2000 Report Share Posted November 2, 2000 While we're being disciplined, there is a detail that has eluded me (well, actually, there are many)in coming out of Utkatasana. Do you straighten your legs then fold or straighten your legs as you fold?<br>Here's another: someone said in the Jois sessions that he had you drop your head completely back to look at your thumbs in the full expression of the pose.
