Guest guest Posted November 2, 2000 Report Share Posted November 2, 2000 1--I learned to fold as you're straightening your knees...kind of a swan dive. if you have seen richard freeman's primary series video, that's how he does it too.<br><br>2--until my shoulders had loosened up a little, my teacher had me hold my arms flexed and straight up (instead of putting the hands together they are straight above the shoulders)...this creates a widening in your upper back and shoulders and makes it easier to keep the shoulders dropped and back.
