Guest guest
Trayam - Excellent point on the lengthy interviews. That is my favorite thing in magazines. And the Yogi Bare book is so enjoyable for that reason - tons of lengthy interviews. The one page they gave to Sarah Powers in the NOV/DEC Yoga Journal was better than nothing and gave me some info but left me with more questions.

I was very intrigued by the mention of Paul Grilley's Yin Yoga. Have not heard of this before. Found only a couple of tiny mentions on the web. I wonder if anyone has more info or ideas on this? Apparently Paul Grilley has written a book called Taoist Yoga. I haven't found out any more about it, like has it been published or how can it be obtained.
Guest guest
Choose a path....If you are an Ashtanga Yogi, practice Ashtanga...Don't waste your time with these other lesser methods.

You must have faith in the superiority of Ashtanga and yes, it is superior.

Senor Pinche Wey
Guest guest
I did a Bikram class last night, just for the heck of it. It was great! Different asanas than what I'd been used to, and very challenging.

There are no rules.
