1st class yet to happen!

Well, I headed off to the Edinburgh Yoga Centre

with every intention of attending the class, and got

stuck in traffic for well over an hour. I would have

been very late, and didn't want to start out that way,

so I had a meal and went back to meet the teachers

as class let out. They seemed nice, and now I know

how to get there. I won't be able to go this week,

but the new term starts next week anyway, so a week

on Friday should be a good time to start.<br><br>I'm

looking forward to trying the npr online, but have had

problems with the connection on realaudio in the past.

It's worth a try anyway. <br><br>I moved to Scotland

because my Scottish partner could not immigrate to the

States, and her temporary visa was soon to expire.

Fortunately, Great Britian is more progressive in the area of

human rights for gays, lesbians and bisexuals than the

US. We both would rather be there, but at least we

can be here, together. The prospect of Bush gaining

office makes me fearful it will be even longer before

any positive change might happen in this area. (I did

vote by absentee ballot).<br><br>Anyway, thanks to all
