Another consideration is foreign policy. For

example, does a candidate support economic sanctions which

cause the death of some 5000 children per month, as is

the case in Iraq according to the American Physicians

Taskforce. <br><br>Numbers like that are why I could not

bring myself to vote for the status quo. It's hard to

worry about a greater vs. lesser evil for myself when

either is such a gargantuan evil for others.<br><br>(My

understanding is that both candidates are planning to continue

the sanctions (unlike Nader). Of course, since they

both completely dodged foreign policy issues

throughout the campaign, I'm not entirely sure.)
