Guest guest
That the 'yogic' thing to do is to not make decisions for other people regarding their beliefs about abortion - or anything else for that matter.

Regarding diet (AGAIN)... SInce I established a daily practice, my taste for food has changed as a result of the yoga. I feel better eating an almost completely raw, dairy and refined sugar free vegitaerian diet. I do not have a taste for meat. I am very sensitive to the energy of the foods I eat. Sometimes I still have cravings but that usually means I have waited too long between meals and my glucose levels have dropped too low. Gabriel Cousens has a great book out called 'Conscious Eating'. It's kind of pricey but very valuable for people who are interested in making a transition to vegetarian and/or raw food lifestyles.

Peace,
Trinka
