That the 'yogic' thing to do is to not make

decisions for other people regarding their beliefs about

abortion - or anything else for that

matter.

Regarding diet (AGAIN)... SInce I established a daily

practice, my taste for food has changed as a result of the

yoga. I feel better eating an almost completely raw,

dairy and refined sugar free vegitaerian diet. I do not

have a taste for meat. I am very sensitive to the

energy of the foods I eat. Sometimes I still have

cravings but that usually means I have waited too long

between meals and my glucose levels have dropped too low.

Gabriel Cousens has a great book out called 'Conscious

Eating'. It's kind of pricey but very valuable for people

who are interested in making a transition to

vegetarian and/or raw food lifestyles.

Is there a bit of libra mix in this mongrel

puppy?

Anyway - i enjoyed your post about running around

giggling and naked when your husband is concentrating on a

pose - must be a good union if that still has effect

after all this time.

Did your most recent post

start with a sideways smileyface?

I am proud to

report between my last post and now i cleaned the

kitchen. This is in preparation for my yoga practice to

all procarastamanators that can relate.
