Guest guest
Yoga makes sense to me like zen did once. I find as I grow and learn, that there is new and old discovery daily - like whats behind tighness and soreness!?? I've learned to be more careful and perceptive in practice.

BKS Iyengar hits on many points that help my practice of ashtanga. Like for instance, " relaxing the organs of perception (eyes, inside the ears- etc)." Or, being one in a pose with yourself - seeing dharana at times.
Another thought is: not concentrating on a specific pose and getting its outward form perfect until the body is ready and the mind willing. Using a process as hard form as it appears on the outside I feel more and more relaxed on the inside.

I never do it (ashtanga) now just for the sake of doing it. I do it with real interest, approaching it as a good artist would approach 1 part of a painting.
peace
