Some of his facts are wrong.<br><br>Personally, I choose a vegetarian lifestyle for the reasons Guy listed, a combination of ahimsa and the fact that meat is not conducive to yoga practice. I'm glad I got into this lifestyle at a young age. It is not easy for some people to make this transition after eating meat for many years.
