Is it normal if I do the primary series almost

every day that my elbow feels a little tweaked

sometimes? During the first part of class (usually only

during suryanamaskara A and part of B) when I jump back

to chatarunga, my left elbow gets a sharp little

pain on the outside edge. Sometimes it comes back

slightly during a few of the vinyasas. Also, my left wrist

hurts to bend my hand down after i do my handstand.

Does this just mean that i need to strengthen my

wrists? Thanks for any information!<br><br>Lauren

spend all my money on groceries and the cafeteria's

salad bar is GROSS!!!
