Guest guest
Why not use the video led by the teacher's teacher SKP Jois? Why not learn from the source itself instead of his American students? There are two excellent videos called 'Ashtanga Yoga' Primary Series and Second Series, produced by Yoga Works in Santa Monica and they are available on the internet for about $30. They are the only videos you will need for the next thirty years of yoga practice. Look at Jivamukti (sorry) website or call Yoga Works directly. Their information is available on the Ashtanga homepage under teachers.

The goombah with the dong is NOT an Ashtanga teacher, by the way. Just a freak posing as a yoga teacher. Guest guest
Couldn't agree with you more on your video choices. Tim Miller also has one on the primary series being taught on Maui, it is not instructional he is just leading the class. On the previous subjects of books T.K.V. Desikachar (Krishnamacharya's son) has written two that are very good. The Heart of Yoga and Yoga and The Living Tradition of Krishnamacharya.
