Guest guest
Does anyone besides bandawoman know KAthy McNames? Any word? Her website says she teaches Power Yoga and I think she is the one who studies with B3. AM I right? Just curious. Thanks.
T.
Guest guest
I have been to the Yoga Vermont studio and attended Kathy's class a few times. She is full of energy and follows the primary series exactly. B3 and David Swenson have been at the Yoga Vermont studio for workshops. I spoke to Dave at Guruji's NY classes. He really enjoyed the studio(in Vermont)and had many good things to say about Kathy. Go to her workshop and you will not be sorry. I just wish she would stop in New York.

YG
Guest guest
Hi Bandawoman
Thanksgiving in Boston was great - but a little disappointing on the yoga scale. Metropolitan did not have classes over the weekend, and I was too jet-lagged to try 7am at B2's. I did go to someone at the Boston Sports Club - Memelik, I think??- because a friend belongs there - but it was kind of a weird amalgam class, and very gym-ish. Thanks for asking! I'm sure I'll be back, and will try again! Hope your Thanksgiving was good.
