I know the book can be ordered from Amazon.com UK and also from the German Amazon.com. I just assumed it would be available to the rest of the world soon. I don't know why Amazon.com (American) doesn't have it yet. Perhaps I will order it from UK eventually. Anyone have any info on how to get this book here?
