Guest guest
i noticed that guruji taught this posture a little differently than have other instructors. guruji had us invert our hands so the palms were facing outward, away from our bodies. every other instructor i have had has had us just clasp our hands so that the palms faced inwards towards each other. it is a lot more difficult to have them facing outward, my hands begin to splay and pull apart before i get any where near the limit of how far i could otherwise rotate my arms and shoulders. is this a newer variation he has started or has he always taught it that way? i can't remember if wanted us to rotate our hands that way in halasana and karnapidasana
