Guest guest
upspeak is that especially irritating linguistic tic in which there is an up inflection at the end of each phrase. any simple sentence then sounds like a question? and the listener is supposedly prompted to nod in stupid agreement? and it makes you want to just slap the insipid dolt who is doing it? except you are so deeply ahimsic? that such thoughts drift away to be replaced with thoughts of karmic payback? and you smile beatifically at the dolt instead? I try to do the karmic payback t'ing but, jeez, i wasn't made for gentle understanding.

By the way, am I the only one who is SLIGHTLY concerned that we have new member who gives himself a messianic nickname and signs off as Jesus?
