Guest guest Posted December 6, 2000 Report Share Posted December 6, 2000 Despite my best intentions, I have the same problem matching the intensity of a Mysore or a led class...that's why I practice with others.<br><br>IMO there may be a few folks who can practice on their own with the same regularity and intensity they'd enjoy working with others in a shala.
