Yaaa, and none of you have my excuse for not

practicing, 12 weeks pregnant and suddenly needing 11 hours

of sleep a night -- trying to get up at a quarter to

six most mornings is a total joke. Of course when I

do practice I feel great. <br><br>Also, if anyone is

interested, uddiyana bandha is a very odd thing right now,

it's impossible to get that hollow feeling in my gut

so I just work on mula bandha, gotta keep that

pelvic floor strong! Whoopee!
