Guest guest
had an interesting practice this morning. i was changing into my yoga stuff after leaving work. i reached into the back seat to grab a pair of shorts from my usual stash, but...nada. i was already late so i had no time to exit and head home first. luckily, i found a pair of sweats crumpled up in the trunk so i was able to spare everyone the sight of me doing my practice continental style.
unfortunately though, the concept of having to be a little hotter than usual in the sweats seemed to overwhelm me. what a lame sniveler i became. i started the practice about 10-15 minutes after everyone else and still managed to finish ahead of about half of them--there were some pretty quick 5 breaths in there i guess. i also had to bail and get some H2O mid practice, which i had not stooped to for the last month or so. 3 steps forward, 5 steps back sometimes.
but if anyone is looking for a way to ramp up the difficulty level of their practice, do it in a pair of sweats. if nothing else, you'll get a hell of a toxin flush-out
