Guest guest Posted December 8, 2000 Report Share Posted December 8, 2000 eden, have you noticed any pregnancy effect on your flexibility? i guess if you haven't been able to practice as much you're likely to feel a little stiff. let me know if it seems to change your range of motion as things progress--which postures become easier or harder. fill us in on what postures, if any, you have to leave out and when. i'd like to be able to pass the input on to others. <br>well, congradulations, you're a third of the way there. do get your sleep now. it's gets harder to get in a full night as you go along. and, if you haven't already figured this out, soon just about everyone you come in contact with will want impress you with how their pregnancy went and their subsequent expertise. you'll likely be provided all the "old wives tales" and horror stories they can think of. i guess they think it makes good conversation. your body was designed for this so don't let anyone worry you.
