Guest guest Posted December 8, 2000 Report Share Posted December 8, 2000 Boy you said it, Sun. The question I have is, how do you "push through it, mentally and physically"? Some days, I get behind myself and push, and other days, I don't even have the motivation to do that. I can't imagine having the wherewithall to push through physical injury as well (though I understand what you are saying, Yeshe, about the injuries being a motivator). Anyone have particular "tricks" that get them to practice when they are struggling to motivate? (I haven't forgotton the previous advice that included remembering how much better I feel afterward, and just at least doing the salutations----I could use a few more on the days nothing else seems to work).
